Angry Boys
Angry Boys is a Chris Lilley-created Australian mockumentary series. The show addresses young men's influences, pressures, dreams, and ambitions in the 21st century. Lilley plays S.mouse, an American rapper, Jen, a deceptive Japanese mother, Blake Oakfield, a champion surfer, Ruth "Gran" Sims, a juvenile detention guard, and her grandchildren, Daniel and Nathan Sims. ABC and HBO co-produced the series, which was pre-sold to BBC Three in the UK. Angry Boys premiered on ABC1 on 11 May 2011 at 9 p.m.
