Cow and Chicken
David Feiss is the mind behind the creation of the American animated comedy television series Cow and Chicken, which airs on Cartoon Network. The cow, who goes by the name Cow, and her chicken brother, who also goes by the name Chicken, are the protagonists of this strange animated series. They are frequently harassed by "The Red Guy," who impersonates a cast of personalities in order to con money out of them. Later on in the duration of the series, the characters I.M. Weasel and I.R. Baboon, who had previously appeared in the recurring portion of the series titled "I Am Weasel," were given their very own half-hour series titled after the segment. The original pilot episode was broadcast as part of the animated shorts showcase project What a Cartoon!, which was the brainchild of Fred Seibert, who served as president of Hanna-Barbera at the time. This was also the case with Dexter's Laboratory and other shows from the 1990s that were broadcast on Cartoon Network. Between the dates of July 15, 1997 and July 24, 1999, the Cow and Chicken series made its debut on Cartoon Network. Reruns of the show continued to be featured regularly on the network up until April of 2006. Reruns, which have a TV-Y7 rating, are what you'll find on Boomerang. Both in 1996 and in 1998, this series was put forward for consideration for an Emmy Award.
