Jang Jae-yeol is a radio DJ and bestselling mystery novelist. He is playful and a little pompous, and he also has obsessive–compulsive disorder. Ji Hae-soo is a first-year fellowship psychiatrist. Hae-soo, who is driven and ambitious in her work while being sensitive towards her patients, has a negative attitude toward love and relationships in her personal life. When Jae-yeol and Hae-soo meet, they have a lot of disagreements because of their strong personalities and refusal to give in to each other. Their squabbles eventually turn to love, and they realize how compatible they are. Jae-yeol and Hae-soo try to heal each other's deep wounds, but their budding relationship suffers a setback when they discover Jae-mental yeol's health concerns are more serious than they first imagined.
