Lincoln Heights
Lincoln Heights is an American family drama TV show about a police officer named Eddie Sutton who moves his family back to his old neighborhood, Lincoln Heights, to start a new life and help the people who live there. It's a dangerous place to raise a family, and the family soon learns that settling in isn't as easy as it seems to be through the many trials they face. Officer Sutton is having a hard time as a Los Angeles street cop, and his kids are trying to make friends at their new schools and among their new neighbors. The show's first episode aired on ABC Family on January 8, 2007, and 13 episodes were planned for the first season. A second season was approved, and it started on September 4, 2007. Say OK, a song by Vanessa Hudgens, had been used in a commercial for the second season. To promote the third season, they played clips of Cassie and Charles's relationship to David Archuleta's "Crush," which was the runner-up for American Idol's seventh season. A song by Marie Digby called "Avalanche" is being used to promote Season 4. Stanley Clarke, a bassist, and Blaire Reinhard, a singer-songwriter, wrote and sang the theme song for the show. After four seasons, ABC Family said on January 29, 2010, that the show would be ending.
